What to expect from the day…..
Imagine starting the morning arriving at the most beautiful, tranquil, picturesque countryside location where you will be welcomed by your hosts with complimentary refreshments and time to meet and greet like minded ladies to spend the day with.
The morning will begin with a session with our special guest, Donna, embarking on your journey to healthy, strong and resilient skin. Uncover the essentials of how to nourish your skin from the inside out for beautiful skin for a lifetime. You will have a complete understanding of how to look after your skin, and be empowered with the knowledge to confidently navigate the skin care world in order to make your own informed decisions.
The morning will be concluded with getting outside into the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside where you can enjoy some gentle movement and a walk to truly immerse yourself in the beauty of the world around us. You will also learn and experience some powerful grounding techniques during this time which can help to reduce stress, anxiety and promote better sleep.
After some time out in the fresh air you will be ready for a delicious and thoroughly nutritious homemade lunch, filled with wholesome goodness to help nourish your body and leave you feel energised for the afternoon.
The afternoon sessions will include a Nourishing Yourself from Within for Glowing Skin Workshop with Lucy where we will discuss the best foods to eat to look and feel amazing. And what better way to get started than by turning your hand to making your own skin loving, nourishing snack!
Jen will provide a self-love meditation and breathwork afternoon session which will involve practices aimed at cultivating self-compassion, self-acceptance, and self-care.
Incorporating self-love meditation and breathwork into your daily routine can have profound effects on your mental, emotional, and physical health, leading to a more balanced and harmonious relationship with yourself and the world around you.
This practice will help you develop a deeper connection with yourself, increase self-awareness, and promote emotional well-being.
Our beautiful day will conclude with time for self-reflection, connecting with others while enjoying delicious homemade, healthy afternoon treats and a cuppa.
